It is with great pleasure that we introduce our new venture to you: Rietvallei's Wine Club. We believe this is a perfect opportunity to enhance our relationship with our customers and to make each client personally part of Rietvallei's timeless tradition. Membership will provide various benefits for the wine lover and traveler. Club members will also enjoy special offers, generous discounts and receive first-hand estate news.

Rietvallei's Wine Club will offer two types of membership: Loyalty Club Membership and Superior Club Membership. Read more about the requirements and benefits of each membership type and decide which will suit you best.

LOYALTY CLUB MEMBER

Entry details/requirements

· Once-off entry fee = R100 payable up-front or with first wine purchase.

· Minimum annually purchases to the total value of R1000 are required to maintain club status.

Benefits

· Membership card.

· Discount on wine purchases.
- Less 15% (on farm price) on all cellar door sales.
- Less 7.5% (on farms price) on all orders delivered to your door (delivery cost included).

· Discount of less 10% on all Rietvallei merchandise.

· Quarterly newsletter.

· Free birthday gift.

· First access to all new and limited releases.

· One free ticket to the Wacky Wine Weekend.

SUPERIOR CLUB MEMBER

Entry details/requirements

· Once-off entry fee = R100 payable up-front or with first wine purchase.

· Minimum annually purchases to the total value of R2000 are required to maintain club status.

· Signing of an agreement/contract of the following nature:

The person agrees to purchase 12 bottles of wine every three months (quarter of the year), which Rietvallei will select and courier to his/her door at the discounted price of less 15%, delivery free of charge. A full discount of less 30% is applicable if the wine is collected from the estate.

He/she will have the chance to make any changes he/she wishes to that selection before the cut-off date (two weeks before it is dispatched).

We will deduct the amount owing from his/her credit card the day the wine is dispatched.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note the importance of reading our purchasing terms and conditions carefully. By accepting these terms and conditions you indicate that you agree to them and therefore may purchase products from Rietvallei Wine Estate.

· We do not sell wine to anyone under the age of 18.

· A confirmation e-mail will be sent in response to your order.

· We are committed to protecting your information and guarantee that it will only be used for purposes of processing your order and/or providing you with services you request from us. Under no circumstances will your personal data be made available to any organization or third party.

· All wine prices quoted include vat.

· Payment may be made Via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Rietvallei bank account.

· Returns

Customer satisfaction is our main priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a product of Rietvallei, we will refund or replace the product. Please ensure you contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to notify us, otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.

· Delivery

- Parcels are delivered to the door of the recipient.
- Wines cannot be delivered to post box numbers.
- Indicate postal codes with delivery address.
- Please report any breakages or shortages to us within 24 hours.
- Insurance: goods are only insured up to the point of delivery: until a signature is obtained or wherever the goods are left as per your special delivery instructions.

All deliveries within South Africa are by courier and directly to your door. When your order is delivered a signature must be obtained. Should you not be available to take receipt of your package a note will be left requiring you to contact the courier office to make arrangements to deliver the package at a suitable time.

Important notice: Any special delivery instructions requesting the courier to leave the package in a specific location effectively gives the courier company permission to deliver the package without a signature.

Free delivery only applicable in SA. Normal delivery charges will apply to all international members. Please contact us for a quotation.
